Many of us eat a diet, which are full of sugar, processed foods, fast foods, and high fat food as well as eat in large portions. When the body is faced with all that food and not enough activity to consume that food as fuel, the food turns into fat and is stored in the belly as belly fat.

By increasing the number of meals we eat throughout the day to 5-6 times per day and decreasing the size of the meals, we can help our bodies burn body fat especially when we match our food intake with our physical energy activities.

When we increase our overall physical activity and we decrease our food consumption, we allow our body to better utilize the fat on our body to fuel the activities we do. This results in the belly fat being burned as fuel.

Resistance training exercises increase our overall lean body mass, which increases our metabolism. The increased metabolic activity will use the excess belly fat as fuel.

Decreasing the amount of stress in our lives will help you lose your belly fat. Stress causes the production of a hormone called Cortisol, which has been linked to fat accumulation in the belly area during periods of stress.

Various stress management exercises like meditation, tai chi, deep breathing are just some examples that people can do to decrease their stress levels.

The simple easy method to lose your belly fat is basically watching what you eat, increasing exercise activity and reducing the amount of stress you have in your life. By using this easy method to lose your body fat, you will achieve your goals quicker. - 17269
