You don't need to lift weights to get six pack abs, here's how you can do it. First of all, you need to watch your diet then do multi joint exercises regularly throughout the week to increase your metabolism.

You need to control the calories you eat. Avoid high calorie sodas, fast foods and sweets. These foods are so high in calories that the body will not be able to consume all the calories and the excess calories end up being stored as fat on your body.

Eating 5-6 meals throughout the day will keep the blood sugar stable and help the body maintain a steady energy level throughout the day as well as help burn calories with greater efficiency. Smaller meals consisting of lean protein and complex carbohydrates are a great way for the body to burn calories easier.

Go for full body activities like cycling, brisk walking, boxing, jogging, squats and lunges. These all work multiple muscles in the body, particularly the body's largest muscles, which burns more calories and results in excess body fat loss.
