To Do List While on HCG Diet

People are always wondering what they're able to "do" while they're on the very low calorie, homeopathic HCG diet. The question pops up constantly. And for those who are well acquainted with the program it seems like a silly one, but because no question is silly we've gathered together a short list in answer to the questions, "What can I do while on HCG?"

1. Get yourself to work. We haven't heard of an employer yet offering paid time off for weight loss programs so unless you're independently wealthy and lack constructive activity...we suggest you get on with it!

2. Eat with your family. Don't let being on the HCG diet disrupt sitting down together as a family to have dinner. Make a recipe from the cookbook that they'll enjoy such as the very lean roast or the chili or the soup. There are a lot of recipes that receive high accolades from kids and spouses alike.

3. Get out and socialize. If the only reason you were hanging out with your friends was to eat then you've got a bit of a problem on your hands! Adjust your eating a bit by ordering salads and having the dressing brought out on the side (or not at all) and focus on the quality of the conversation!

4. Indulge your sweet tooth. Dieting almost always required limiting your intake of sweets. But there are definite "sweets" that are absolutely HCG diet approved. For instance, check out the warm cinnamon apple from the HCG Diet Direct cookbook. It's delicious.

Now this list is in no way conclusive. The point of the list is actually to prove that there doesn't need to be a list of "appropriate activities." The HCG diet is something you can incorporate easily into your life. You don't need to stop living because you're dieting. Just fit it in and move on! - 17269
