It plays an important role in weight balance, controlling of blood pressure, decreasing cholesterol levels and preventing diabetes. A half hour to 45 minutes walk can fortify your strength and heart and keep the body healthy. If you can't find time to do all that walking, just do it when you should be working.

Having a heart attack can be scary and life-threatening. Early diagnoses can prevent this deadly disease.
