While it is not a miracle food the acai berry can still be an incredible addition to your healthy diet. The nutrients within this amazing berry can protect your body from damage from free radicals, which in turn will protect you from diseases. It will help your weight loss goals because of the outstanding nutritional advantages.

The acai berry can improve your diet but in order to get the highest benefit from this amazing berry make sure that you also add in other superfoods, like blueberries, spinach, tomatoes, salmon, walnuts, broccoli, green tea and more.
