I'll be the first to say the fact that my preference for sweet foods is nearly as large as anyone else's. I place myself on a weekly allowance in which a few times each week, I allow myself to eat something sugary.

With the exception of this, I generally keep relatively healthy. This doesn't slow down my preference for sugary treats from fading though, & as a result, I often find myself looking for alternative methods to sweeten my snack or drink.

The following are a few basic alternatives that you might be interested in eating in place of sugar. Hopefully they'll help to meet your needs as you keep the calories lowyou curb your caloric intake.

The 1st substitute which I am going to bring up is one food which you'll typically\commonly encounter in items, & we'll generally approve of its sweet taste. Honey is fully natural, & keeps things organic should you prefer to use this means as your sweetener.

Whether you are putting it in snacks or into beverages like iced tea, the organic ingredients of honey should offer you a healthier means of sweetening your snacks.

Another way you might pursue is through the use of fruit extracts. For years, I have been having ordinary water whereas inserting some fruits to the water while I drink it.

This is lighter than juice and is totally satisfying, and it's naturally sweet. Once you get into the habit of it, I can genuinely insist to you that you will probably realize yourself not needing to return to sugar whatsoever.

It's tasty & it's healthy, & there is not a lot which tops the two of these things together with each other
