This is made with about one half of a cup of soymilk, a minimal amount of water and about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. As you mix the ingredients you want to get to the consistency of cookie dough. You then just spoon the dough onto a cookie sheet and bake at about 350 degrees. As they bake they will get puffy. You can eat these cookies plain or you can even top them with some fresh fruit like chopped strawberries or raspberries.
